sounds familiar? 3 different company names pero isa lang may ari. scam yan. pagbebentahin ka muna ng household product worth 3 thousand pesos tapos pipirma ka ng kontrata. sasabihin 6-12 days lang ang training pero hindi consecutively yan. aabutin ka ng 1-2 months dahil lagi ka isususpend, or pag matatapos ka na sa 12 units mo, ihohold ka nila para mas mapakinabangan ka.
during your training, ikaw ang gagawa ng final evaluation ng applicant. paano? sasamahan mo sya magbenta sa kakilala, kaibigan, kamag anak nya kahit san pa na parte ng mundo kau makarating. matututo ka mang gago ng tao. manloko kasi kailangan mo mapa OK sya para magkaron ka ng allowance at unit. bubulyawan ka pag hindi mo napa OK o hindi mo napa benta ung aplikanteng binigay sau. kung malas ka pa, suspension o termination ang aabutin mo.
12 units= 12 aplikante na napag benta mo 3k ea x 12 = 36 thousand pesos
yan ang ipapasok mo muna na pera sa kompanya

Guys.. I know this fucking Shingwa company!!!! My brother applied to this company before december because we found their job offer from the famous advertisement on the newspaper.
My brother was given a product worth 3K and he sell it to me. He was advised that the reason why they need to sell the product is to test their abilities in the field of marketing. After that, He signed a contract and offered a big salary if they will passed the training. And what is worst about it is that they need to pay 650php for medical papers but there's no receipt given to him. My brother informed me about this but its to late co'z he paid it already. He was given a lot of paperworks about different companies and he needs to search all their backgrounds w/c is not related to what his applying for.
After christmas. They were advised to go back and report to their company. But when he go back on 2nd day of january. But there's no one on the compnay on that day and for the ff. days!!
It really frustrate me because we dont deserved to be abused and misused by this company. They need to paid all the efforts and money of the applicants that goes to nothing.
